Yatrisaray is not liable for any damages arising from Yatrisaray.com Platform use, regardless of the cause.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Agreement and all transactions on or through the Yatrisaray.com Platform shall be governed by the laws of India. Any claims or disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Utter Pradesh.
No Waiver: Yatrisaray failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not be considered a waiver of those rights. Any waiver of these terms must be in writing and signed by Yatrisaray. Severability: If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Yatrisaray reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the Yatrisaray.com Platform or Services at any time without prior notice. Users agree that continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any such changes.
These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between Users and Yatrisaray regarding the use of the Yatrisaray.com Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
